Broken seats, dirty, people talking during movies and staff doesnt do anything

点评：It’s quite sad to see, as the condition of the cinema is sooooo bad. The seats are ripped and falling apart, the cinema is dirty, and there doesn’t seem to be enough staff checking that everything is running properly.
When I went to see Spider-Man: Brand New Day, there was a group of teenagers talking and shouting throughout the entire movie, taking pictures, turning their flash on and off, and even running around the cinema. Not a single member of staff came in or did anything about it. I went to see The Odyssey later, and unfortunately, it was the same experience again. The overall state of the cinema is in such poor condition that it feels laughable to be paying those prices. From now on, I’d honestly rather go to London and visit an Odeon or another cinema that is at least clean and has properly working seats. I’m really disappointed, especially after another cinema in Cambridge closed and The Light became one of the few options left. It’s just sad to see it in this state.
