RMK Tours的点评
点评：I had booked a guided hiking tour for Pico Ruivo and was very much looking forward to it. On the day I was ready and waiting for early pickup. I waited for over an hour and then called to enquire. I was told by the tour operator they had cancelled my spot because my hotel room number had not been provided. They apologised for not getting in touch. They told me they couldn’t send a last minute car as they won’t be able to unite me with my guide. They told me to go to the company office where I booked to get a refund and complain as they had tried to tell them to tell me.
When I got to that office in Calheta they were very apologetic about the situation but said when they called MB tours who RMK operate with for this guided hike they were told the car that was coming to pick me up had broken down so they had to cancel. I received a full refund and regardless of poor communication and two different stories I was not able to do the hike and there was no time left on my holiday to rebook it.
Very disappointing and I won’t be using them again.
