Didn't meet our expectation at all !
Woodcutter's Blanket Bar的点评
点评：The name and some of the reviews prompted us to visit this restaurant for dinner during our stay at Whitehorse.
The attendant was good, taking care of all the customers. I was interested to know the story behind naming this restaurant, but she said she didn't know and would ask the chef. However, she never came back on his. When it came to ordering the drinks, she answered to the questions I had and brought the beer of my choice "Down Under Neipa". We ordered Woodcutter's Smoked Burger for me and Jerk Chicken Sandwich for my wife. We were asked what kind of side we would like and we chose a garden salad for me and a caesar salad for my wife. Although it was explained beforehand that my wife doesn't eat any meat other than chicken, the caesar salad came with bacon bits in it. It was replaced, but then the croutons were gone. There was no apology or even mention. Only when I brought this up, we were told that they ran out of croutons. And when I was considering ordering my last drink, I was told that the time to order was already over although there was no announcement of the last call to order. Lastly, when we were paying the bill, we came to know that the salads came at extra cost which we were not aware of when we were asked to make the selection.
Too many goof ups to deserve a good rating !
