点评:I took my pontoon boat to Gregg Orr Marine in the fall for their “gold package” winterization. I paid $2,231 for the winterization plus addition repairs on 2/25/25. I called the first of May to arrange to pickup the boat. Six weeks later and after numerous unanswered messages (even to the manager), the work is still not completed. I’ve received two text messages over the last two weeks indicating that they are working on my boat, but they are a “bit shorthanded” and don’t know when it will be finished. I drove to Hot Springs this weekend and found the customer service manager who was aware of my boat but showed little empathy for my experience, nor offered any commitment to get it resolved. He has not followed up today to tell me how he has resolved this situation.
We have missed all of the nice spring weather because we chose a company that has very little focus on customer service. I don’t normally write reviews but maybe this will help me get my boat back. I plan to buy a new boat this summer, but it will not be from Gregg Orr Marine.
