Brought youth driving experience for twin nephews, the number of attempts to get them booked on the same day/location was insane.
Their employees seemingly struggle to use the systems, when I finally did get it booked after MONTHS of trying, I was put on hold at least 4 times whilst they tried to sort the booking. Took 45mins.
Also wanted large additional payment for insurance - why is insurance not fully covered in the original cost? Madness in my view, appeared a right scam to get extra money from hidden costs.
Out of the blue I then had an email stating they had altered the venue, no ask, just done it.
Then after all that they cancelled it.
No attempt to contact to explain or offer to rebook, email cancelled.
I then contacted them to explain due to the months I it took to book I didn't have time or need the hassle to try again and politely requested refund.
NOTHING. They have no customer service/no complaints process/don't return emails, just THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
Still fighting to try and get rebooked as refuse to refund - it should not be this hard!!!
