Witnessed staff being treated horribly

点评：I popped in yesterday to have a look at the sale items. A very nice guy greeted me politely and asked if I needed any help to which I said no thank you. I then made my way over to the desk and saw a sign for 'up to 50% off BCDs' and so I enquired at the desk. The man behind the desk (tall, slightly older than the others, white) said he'd be with me in a minute. Fine. I continued looking around the shop. He then walked over to the nice man who'd greeted me initially and proceeded to be SO rude to him INFRONT of me! He said 'what are you doing, just standing around uselessly? Help this woman.' I was literally shocked at his tone towards this guy. The nice guy proceeded to be really helpful, but when it came to buying my BCD, the nice guy asked the older guy about warranty and AGAIN, the older guy proceeded to be so rude, super condescending to the nice guy INFRONT of customers! I was literally livid and incredibly close to laying into him infront of the customers in the shock. I don't know if this older gentleman is the manager or what, but I have never witnessed treatment of staff like this especially infront of customers, such a bad look and it made all of us feel really uncomfortable. I asked the nice guy if that man was always rude to him like this, he said 'yes but today it's worse, maybe he had a bad morning or something,' I can tell you that the nice guy was A LOT more understanding than I would have been. Won't be returning until the older gentleman has moved on. You get what you put out into the world, and that older man puts out pure unkindness sadly.
