Absolutely revolting

点评：Badly organised and revolting. We arrived at 8.30am as required for our 9am toddler session. Doors were locked until 8.50am. When we finally got in there was a massive queue and only one person on the desk. Self check-ins were switched off.
Finally get in and the gate was closed. We were told to wait a minute. We waited ten minutes. So we get into our 9-10am slot at 9.10am.
The place was absolutely filthy, wristband tabs all over the floor, dirty tissues and my 18 month old then had a false nail in her hand which she’d scooped up off the floor. So I literally spent the 50 minutes we had remaining constantly pulling stuff out of her hands. There was no warning to say our 10 o’clock session had ended so I assumed they gave us an extra ten minutes as we were late going in. Nope we were suddenly met with tens of ‘big kids’ and adults racing towards us and diving on the equipment. So I’m trying to grab my 18 month old and usher my 5 year out quickly.
Being disorganised I can sort of forgive but the lack of hygiene was unacceptable
