点评：We booked a private boat for a family of 8 people. From the very beginning, we had the clear impression of being misled. The small boat did not match at all what had been sold to us: only two crew members and none of the equipment we had paid for (not even masks and snorkels).
To be fair, the crew did their best to ensure we still had a pleasant day, and we thank them for that.
At the end of the first day, we were dropped off at a campsite that was not the one we had booked. The campsite we had reserved was described as “quiet” in Karel’s brochure, whereas the one we were taken to was clearly intended for groups of young partygoers — something the owner herself confirmed, as she was surprised to see us there.
After several exchanges with Karel, he managed to find us another accommodation the following day, which was great, but asked us to pay an extra charge, using questionable calculations and deducting the missing equipment. No commercial gesture was made.
The next day, a larger boat came to pick us up. It was closer to what we had paid for, but once again, more than half of the equipment we had paid for was missing.
In response to these issues, Karel justified the situation by saying he had been overwhelmed by too many bookings during that period. This is simply unacceptable given the amount we paid (several thousand euros), believing we would be spending a pleasant family holiday.
Additionally, certain “details” were questionable. For example, you are required to pay for the rental of a kayak, which is necessary for all movements (reaching the shore, transporting luggage, food, etc.). What happens if you do not wish to rent one?
