Pro con advice- my repeat “visit” to busy station

* Frequent train service to many places in Switzerland and international in Europe

* Storage lockers self-service
CONS
* In addition to being very busy and crowded, it is under-ventilated
* Multi-level and sometimes confusing
* It costs CHF1.50 to try to use the facilities
"I VISITED THIS PLACE"...
... because it is central and well-connected for travel throughout the city. I passed through here when I arrived from my hiking excursions in Chamonix.
I found the place to be big, busy, crowded and warm; I wouldn't want to "just' spend time there.
It felt and seemed "safe," for what that's worth
WAS IT WORTH THE COST?
It doesn't cost anything to be there, but arriving by train is not a free activity.
WOULD "I VISIT THIS PLACE" AGAIN?
I only returned because it was conveniently located and central.
