Unnecessarily Stressful—Wheatley Taxi Review

点评：Terrible service. We requested a taxi at the Moorings Base to take us to the airport ($50). We were perfectly timed to catch international flight. The lady at the dispatch said there was a group going at 1:30pm and she said we would be traveling with another party. Since it was only 10 minutes, that seemed fine. The group didn’t show up and we kept asking the taxi lady, as now we were now less than two hours from our international flight. She kept saying they were on their way. Thirty minutes later, the group finally shows up and by the time we got to the airport it was only an hour before our international flight. We internationally left 2.5 hours to make our flight, but Wheatley’s inefficient dispatch left us running for the gate. Not sure if our luggage will make it. Beyond mad. Book your own taxi, don’t use Wheatley.
