Great service despite unexpected flight issues
Wheatley's Transportation Services的点评
点评：Having never been to the BVI before we were unfamiliar with the locations, roads etc. A bit of online research lead us to Wheatleys, a decision soon supported by the knowledge that they are used by Sunsail to transfer their clients from the airport. A reach out to Dorna Wheatley resulted in us booking them for various transfers.
Dorna had already proved herself but rose to the occasion when delays to our inbound flight to Antigua resulted in us missing our transfer flight to the BVI and being stranded in Antigua. A somewhat stressful experience but Dorna swiftly rescheduled our booking to the next day and we were met by a great driver- full of insight and pride about his country who took us to the Marina. That sounds simple but due to an accident (in transit in Antigua) one of our party had arrived in the BVI in a wheelchair.....the driver was not phased and made everything so much easier than it might have been
Homebound transfer (from a different hotel) was equally great (but without the wheelchair)
Wheatleys were a great ambassador for the BVI - welcoming and really efficient and we will certainly use them again
