点评：I had high expectations going into the Team O’Neil Rally School based on the glowing reviews and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.
First, the organization and communication before and during the course were lacking. Important pre-arrival information was vague, and when I reached out with questions, the responses were delayed and not particularly helpful.
Once there, I found the instruction to be inconsistent. While some instructors were knowledgeable and patient, others seemed disengaged and rushed through explanations, especially when working with larger groups. It felt like the more experienced students got most of the attention, while beginners were left figuring things out on their own.
The facility itself could also use some upgrades. The vehicles we trained in seemed pretty worn, and in one case, the car I was assigned had a mechanical issue that cut into my track time. There was no real apology or compensation for the lost experience.
For the price of the program, I expected a more professional and rewarding environment. While I understand that rally driving is inherently demanding and not always smooth, the customer experience and quality of instruction should reflect the premium being charged.
I can see how others might have had a great time here, but for me, it fell short. I left feeling more frustrated than excited, which is a shame for something that was supposed to be a bucket-list experience.
