点评：My favourite NationalTrust at the moment. The car park is a short walk across the main road from the hall but they do run a little golf cart buggy every 5 minutes if you don’t want to do this. We started off in the children’s toy museum which I was a little underwhelmed with, It seemed to be missing something but I can’t think what although my children did enjoy it. We then moved to the main hall which I loved, so many beautiful rooms each with an enthusiastic visitor guide full of information, make sure you look up at the ceilings. We worked our way upstairs to the long gallery where I had an odd experience, I was stood towards the corner of the room and it felt like my coat hood had been tugged back but there was nobody else around, shivers down spine started😬. After the hall we took a walk around the garden at the back of the hall overlooking the lake. I’d like to see this in summer when everything is in full bloom. We brought our own lunch on this trip so can’t comment on the cafe, we did though look around at the small shops in the courtyard. Definitely worth a visit.
翻译：这是我目前最喜欢的国民信托景点。停车场离大厅只有几步之遥，穿过主路就能到，不过如果你不想走的话，他们也提供每5分钟一班的高尔夫球车接送服务。我们先去了儿童玩具博物馆，我有点失望，感觉好像少了点什么，但又说不上来，不过孩子们倒是挺喜欢的。之后我们去了主厅，我很喜欢那里，有很多漂亮的房间，每个房间都有一位热情洋溢的导游，讲解内容丰富，一定要抬头看看天花板。我们一路走到楼上的长廊，在那里我经历了一件怪事。我站在房间的角落里，感觉好像有人把我的外套帽子往后拉了一下，但周围明明没有人，我顿时感到一阵寒意袭上心头😬。参观完大厅后，我们在大厅后面的花园里散步，花园可以俯瞰湖泊。我想看看夏天百花盛开时的景色。这次旅行我们自带了午餐，所以没法评价咖啡馆，不过我们逛了逛庭院里的小商店。绝对值得一去。
