Should Be 4 Stars Plus/ But Just Poor Management!

点评：I’m surprised that Surfside is owned by a company that operates many restaurants in Aruba. We have been coming here for years, service was outstanding when Rowi was the manager and Joost was at the bar! Now it’s total amateur hour, wait at the table for over 10 minutes before they inquire what we would like to order….then wait over 15 minutes to get your drinks. Look at the bar you see total chaos, dirty glasses stacked all over, again a sign of poor management!
Another 15-20 minutes before the staff comes back to take your food order. By the time they show up I was now thinking about ordering dinner! Food arrived nearly 30 minutes after ordering. Food was average at best, but service continue to be subpar, they don’t show up to check on drinks for 20-25 minutes; best to order buckets of beer…covers for the slow service.
They should start serving lunch at 11:30 am, currently offer at 12n!
Again, with a solid manager this would be a great establishment….bring Rowi back ( or have her train the new manager)
