点评:I visited this establishment to celebrate my 4 year old cousin’s birthday. My 14 year old cousin went to get her 2 year old brother out of toddler station because he was crying. The owner came to our table with an attitude and told us that she could not go in the toddler area because she didn’t have on socks. My cousin said ok, and asked, but why the attitude? The owner Natasha Lunce then told my cousin without hesitation… that she could leave. I then asked why does she have to leave? Natasha Lunce stated to me “ you could leave too, because you don’t even have a kid here” I informed her that I did have a 10 year old playing, and requested to speak to the manager. Natasha Lunce stated “guess what? I’m the owner!” I then asked for a refund and went to get my son to leave. Upon returning to the counter after getting my son, Natasha Lunce was having a full blown argument with my cousin. My cousin got her refund and left with her 2 year old and 14 year old. As I waited for my refund Natasha Lunce stated to me because I paid with Apple Pay, and her employee didn’t give me a receipt “ I shouldn’t refund you…. I should let you have to dispute it with your bank.” This was an experience from HELL. I’ve never in my 47 years of living experienced this type of humiliation. Natasha Lunce has absolutely no customer service skills, very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will never step foot back into this establishment and would advise others not to.
