点评：My wife and our friends visited this prison while in Tobolsk. It was very interesting to see all of the famous people locked up there during the time of the Czars. One of them was the writer Fydor Dostoyevsky. During the time of the Soviets there were no pictures of people just plaque after plaque of hundreds of names that were executed during Stalin's reign of terror.
The only drawback I would give this prison is while they have audio for purchase to let you know what you are looking at. Unfortunately, I was told it is only on Russian for visitors who don't want to read what's written but would rather hear it. Being a speaker of English and Maltese, this arraignment was of little help to me. Luckily for me, my wife and our friends are Russian and were able to answer my questions.
