From the very first online contact, communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring. We received timely updates about weather conditions and their possible impact on our arrival day, which showed real professionalism. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by genuinely friendly people—both the team and the park rangers.
Due to weather conditions, only half of the planned tour could be completed, and this was handled transparently and fairly with a correct price adjustment. We still saw many Komodo dragons, and the ranger actively helped us with photography and video recording, which made the experience even more special.
Afterwards, we even visited the ranger’s mother to buy local souvenirs. We tipped the rangers and organization; it was surprising that many others did not, considering the quality of service and the importance of supporting both people and conservation.
Conclusion: An honest, well-organized company that puts safety, fairness, and experience first—highly recommended and deserving of continued support in the future.
