Wet paint and closed throughout most of the day

点评：Queued from 9:30am for the 10am opening along with many other families. Unfortunately at 10:15am someone came over to explain the water levels in the pool were not correct, so the system had to be reset. We were told the earliest it may reopen would be around 1pm, but even that was not guaranteed. Greatful for this communication to stop wasted waiting in 30°C.
We went off to the beach instead and came back around lunchtime to find huge queues again, yet the paddling pool was still shut with no signs or information anywhere. A simple sign saying “closed” or “estimated reopening 1pm” would have saved a lot of confusion and frustration. While we were having lunch, people continued queueing assuming it was just closed temporarily for lunch, so I ended up informing several families myself - many were understandably unimpressed.
To make matters worse, one of the entrance gates had clearly been recently painted dark blue but there were no warning signs up. My son ended up covered in blue paint after touching it. Thankfully he found it hilarious and looked like a little Smurf, but the paint still would not come off afterwards. Basic signage really would have avoided that as well.
Cannot comment on the actual facility itself as we unfortunately never got to use it.
