点评：Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a wonderful experience with Pearl Lanka Tours for our 14-night tailor made itinerary.
A special thank you to Hiruni, who was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She provided multiple options while planning our trip, was incredibly efficient, and always happy to answer my questions. As a former travel agent of 10 years, I made a few changes to some of the hotels to create a more authentic experience, and Hiruni accommodated my requests without hesitation and with great patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her attention to detail ensured everything ran seamlessly.
We were fortunate to have Mr. Sasanka as our driver. He was always smiling, incredibly patient, and never rushed us at any point. He gladly picked us up very early so we wouldn’t miss sunrise at Sigiriya Rock Fortress or our early morning safari at Yala National Park. He went above and beyond, surprising our daughter with two birthday cakes to celebrate her birthday, which made her feel incredibly special. He ensured we arrived at all of our organised activities on time and completely stress free. Overall, he was an exceptional driver and a wonderful part of our Sri Lankan experience.
We cannot recommend Pearl Lanka Tours highly enough. Thank you Hiruni & Mr Sasanka for helping create beautiful family memories! 😊
