Incredible Event, But Appalling Organization by Tomatina.es (TicTacTickets)

点评：La Tomatina itself is a once-in-a-lifetime experience – an hour full of energy, fun, and unforgettable moments. The crowd, the atmosphere, and even the locals of Buñol who kindly offered water afterwards made it a unique festival.
Unfortunately, the organization of both the event logistics and the trip left much to be desired.
Event Organization: There were no proper shower or changing facilities for participants, which caused significant discomfort. For such a world-famous event, this level of planning felt extremely poor.
Trip via Tomatina.es (TicTacTickets): The bus ride to Buñol was fine, but once we arrived, chaos began. There were no clear instructions, no staff to guide participants, and complete confusion over where to collect tickets. After standing in the wrong line for 30 minutes, I discovered the correct queue was another 1.5 hours long. The return journey was even worse – buses were disorganized, with people stranded in scorching heat for hours. Some participants appeared unwell, yet no support or shelter was provided.
It was shocking to see such poor coordination for an event of this scale. In my honest opinion, the trip organizers did not demonstrate even basic planning or care for participants’ well-being.
Recommendation: I absolutely recommend experiencing La Tomatina itself – it is fantastic. However, I strongly advise avoiding Tomatina.es (TicTacTickets) and booking with another company that offers proper organization and support.
