利兹音乐节的点评
点评：All ok until last day and trying to get home. Coach was in yellow zone, we were in red zone. People in Hi viz vests didn't have a clue and we were sent all over the place. Woman in red zone should never have been allowed to work with young people as she was so rude and disrespectful. We were trying to get out of an exit so our coach could meet us on the road and she wouldn't let us out. Told us we had to walk to yellow zone which would have taken an hour and a half. Eventually told us we could get the shuttle bus.
The organisers of this festival need to have better signposting so people can get where they need to go.
They need to train the workers better or have maps of the site they can give to people to help them.
At over £300 for a weekend ticket plus the outrageous cost of food and drink they are obviously making a huge amount of money so should be able to organise things better.
