点评：PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y FALTA DE SEGURIDAD: Nos dejaron varados en la ruta
Contratamos el tour al Ring of Kerry con Paddy Wagon y la experiencia terminó en una pesadilla. Por un error involuntario con el horario, nos retrasamos unos minutos en una parada en medio de la ruta. Lo gravísimo es que el guía/chofer hizo el recuento, otros pasajeros le avisaron explícitamente que faltábamos dos personas, y decidió irse igual, dejándonos completamente desamparados en un lugar aislado.
El nivel de estrés fue total. Afortunadamente, la dueña del bar de la parada se solidarizó con nosotros y nos subió a su auto particular para perseguir al ómnibus por la ruta. Una empresa de turismo seria debe cuidar a sus pasajeros, no abandonarlos a su suerte. Inicié el reclamo por mail; prometieron responder en 7 días y, tras más de 10 días y varios recordatorios, solo dan evasivas diciendo que "siguen investigando". No les importa la seguridad. No recomiendo Paddy Wagon para nada.
TERRIBLE SERVICE & SAFETY CONCERNS: Left stranded on the road
We booked the Ring of Kerry tour with Paddy Wagon, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Due to an honest misunderstanding with the schedule, we were a few minutes late at a stop in the middle of nowhere. The worst part? The driver/guide did the headcount, other passengers explicitly told him two people were missing, and he chose to drive away anyway, leaving us stranded in an isolated area.
It was an incredibly stressful situation. Fortunately, the owner of the local pub took pity on us and drove us in her own car to chase the bus down the highway. A responsible tour company should ensure the safety of its passengers, not abandon them. I filed a formal complaint. They promised an answer within 7 days, but after 10+ days and follow-ups, they just stall saying they are "still investigating". They do not care about customer safety. Avoid Paddy Wagon at all costs.
