Amata Spring Country Club的点评
点评：Amata Springs is a prestigious member/invite only course which, as expected, you pay premium money to play. I have been fortunate to play a few times before and the talk in the locker room used to be how fabulous the finishing holes were and couldn't wait to be invited back BUT NOT TODAY - I never heard 1 positive comment on the course condition. The course was in terrible condition with GUR on every hole and the greens and tee boxes a disgrace. I had a very pretty caddy which, as most experienced golfers to Thailand will tell you is not necessarily a good thing as they tend to spend more time looking in the mirror and playing on their phones than helping you read the greens and giving advice on blind shots, etc which was the case today and she was relegated to cart driver after 3 holes. This is not a sexist comment but a simple fact IMO although a lot of courses do not have male caddies yet these tend to be the best and very helpful and knowledgable - i suppose everyone to their own and depends what you are after. On a positive the buffet dinner after was delicious and the catering staff never left your glass empty - top class. To summarise I would rather stick needles in my eyeballs than play Amata Springs at the moment - hopefully the management and ground staff will return Amata Springs to its previous glory and in the meanwhile save your money and play elsewhere.
