点评:The island themselves was spectular. The experience of getting there much less so. We booked online and did not receive the online ticket so we were unsure of the exact timing and terms and conditions. Not having the ticket, meant that we ran into a common issue for tourists of not fully understanding the T&Cs when purchasing on-line ticket, so we didn't realize that a change of ferry required informing the company in advance so as to avoid having to pay again. We didn't expect this, especially since we knew from acquaintenances that the ferries were not even half full. So when we arrived for our return journey at a later trip slot , we pleaded our case but were met with rude and officious customer service. We had to pay full price and emails to customer service were responded to cold, unempathetic and downright patronising tone. Very poor service from a business that gets a large proportion of income from tourist traffic.
