Wine tasting great. Restaurant not.

点评：This is a beautiful place and probably a nice trip if the weather would cooperate, which it did not for us. We booked the wine tasting followed by lunch. Due to a change in plans, we arrived early. It was almost empty and they took us right in. While they weren't my favorite wines, the wine tasting experience was great. The wine steward was very pleasant and helpful. When I said I didn't care for one variety she gave me a replacement. Definitely worth a visit. Then we went to the restaurant. I ordered the pesto tagliatelli. It was OK. My wife ordered the crab cake sliders. She said she didn't know what they were, but didn't seem to be crab. Worst of all, we sat there waiting for our food until finally someone I assume was a manager came out with a plate and apologized for the 38 min wait. She said it was because they only had one cook. I don't know if they were our plates or not. But I did see two plates on the pickup counter for about 20 min before we finally got served. To compensate for the wait she said desert was on her. Since we had been there long enough, we asked for the cheesecake desert to go. When I looked in the box, there was one tiny slice of cheesecake. When asked, the waitress said that the offer was only for one desert, not one each. But she would get us another if we wanted. I don't know if there would have been a charge or not. We just said forget it and left.
