点评:Bought a Powerkaddy golf Kart bag from the Cardiff Golf Center a few weeks ago and in the process of transferring my golf equipment from my old bag, including clubs and personal accessories, I found the bag to be faulty.
Contacted CGC and they agreed I could return for an exchange.
From the moment I arrived back at the shop I was greeted by Paul who immediately became challenging and in my opinion, aggressive regarding what HE could and could not do with the bag. At this point there was no customer service being displayed at all.
I confirmed equipment had been put in the bag but it had not been used on a golf course.
Following a very challenging conversation his manager agreed to a full refund.
You would hope that was the end of the matter.
On returning to use the driving range yesterday with my family, (some weeks later) Paul, working on the sales counter, used the opportunity to make very unprofessional, insulting and child like comments relating to the previous refund, in front of both other people in the shop and my family.
I felt it was important to address this behaviour with him informing him I thought he should not be speaking to customers in that way. He responded with an appalling, unprofessional and aggressive confrontation, at one point accusing me of lying.
I asked to speak to his manager, who confirmed he was also the owner (very unlikely). He was only interested in protecting and supporting his employee, revisiting his thoughts around the previous refund!. I pointed out, that transaction had been concluded several weeks before and could not understand CGC position, and the very unprofessional staff behaviour now on display.
This experience, combined with the fact CGC is very expensive for both the driving range and golf equipment (see other reviews) I will certainly not be using or recommending this company in the future.
