Fabulous All in One 5 Days and 4 Nights Amazon Tour

点评：This tour was everything and more than we had hoped for. We had three nights in the beautiful Finca Sachavcoyoc. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, food was generally buffet style self service and very good with lots of choice. There is a bar where you can buy beers and cocktails.
The wildlife was amazing - we saw Caiman and Capybara before we arrived at the Finca! Very early mornings and night walks mean that the days are long and tiring, but you are rewarded by unforgettable sights - birds; butterflies; monkeys.... Claylick and viewing tower visits were highlights.
We spent our final night at a more remote lodge on Sandoval Lake. Although the accommodation here was basic - only a trickle of shower water and limited electricity - the surroundings were serene and wildlife was stunning. The food was very good here too. On dusk and dawn boat rides we floated next to Caiman and watched countless huge blue and yellow Macaw coming to roost in the palm trees. Howler, Squirrel and Capuchin monkeys were marauding in the trees around the lake.
Freddy was our guide for the full five days, which was great. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his work, as well as being lovely company.
JunglePro are a very efficient, professional organisation and all our activities were well timed, with no delays or cancellations. Groups sizes were small - ranging from 2 - 10 people.
In terms of luggage you need to pack carefully and only take what you need. You can leave any extra bags safely at the JunglePro office in Puerto Maldonado. If you go to Sandoval Lake you need to only take a very small rucksack with overnight kit as you have to carry this yourself for a 1+hr hike along a board walk and then a 45 min boat ride to Sandoval Lodge.
