点评：I would absolutely recommend Lanka tours and guide Kavishan to any of my close friends, regardless of their age — whether it’s families, couples, or older people. Kavishan is very intuitive about the people- quickly understands what they need. Kavishan senses when to give people space. That balance is not so easy to find, but he handles it naturally.
He is great at reading situations and has a solid sense of psychology, which makes traveling with him feel very comfortable.
Kavishan’s communication skills are very good and he is professional. Plus, he tells stories in an engaging and interesting way, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.
What I really appreciated is his great energy and warm personallity. He’s always available and willing to help with anything, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
He’s also knowledgeable when it comes to the local economic and social context, so you can have thoughtful conversations if you’re curious about deeper topics.
We also had a few unexpected situations on the trip, and he reacted quickly and calmly — he’s clearly good at thinking on his feet and staying composed.
You can easily tell that he has long experience as a guide and many friendly connection around the island- this also adds additional unique and pleasurable experience.
And just as a sweet gesture — on his own birthday, he got us veeery delicious home made cake as a surprise (which we enjoyed on a way to Ella), which really showed how thoughtful and generous he is!
Overall, Kavi is flexible, warm, and really great at what he does. We felt well taken care of the entire time.
