点评：This visit was the most horrendous experience. The place was so short staffed, bless the girl at reception who was literally being pulled from pillar to post.
Firstly we had booked for two hours but we were only given one wristband which we didn’t know (why would we) so we had to go back to reception and wait in the queue to get a new wrist band meaning we missed out on some of our time.
I am a disabled person and I simply cannot believe that they is NO accessibility. The cafe is up about 3 flights of stairs there is no lift, there is 2 tiny tables on the ground floor. The vending machine on the ground floor is so old that it doesn’t take cards or pound coins, so if you are a disabled parent/guardian just don’t bother because you won’t be able to supervise your children or get yourself or them a drink.
