点评：Called into the Clovelly Bowling and Recreational Club whilst undertaking the Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach coastal walk.
Having just opened for the day (12.00pm) it was relatively quiet with just a few customers.
Ordered a drink from the bar and sat in the outside area that had views over the bowling greens and some ocean view., before moving inside to a large open room with large windows with expansive views over the ocean.
Very friendly staff who were happy to engage with some questions I asked and on the way out I noticed a poster proudly displaying one of the classic Australian movies about bowls “Crackerjack” signed by Mick Molloy..
Classic old style Australia. Lawn Bowling Club but in a prime location on the east coast of Sydney.
Definitely worth dropping in for a rest and drink if doing the coastal walk or if travelling in the general area.
