点评：If you're looking for an authentic Argentinian experience, book this immediately! Spending the day at Mauri's home was one of the highlights of our trip and the best day we've had in Argentina so far.
Mauri welcomed us into his home with incredible warmth and generosity, making us feel like old friends. We got hands-on with every part of a traditional asado: building the fire, understanding the grill, making fresh chimichurri, learning about different cuts of meat, cooking smoky vegetables, making crispy veggie fries, and even the proper way to salt meat. Most importantly, we learned asado is an experience. Not just a meal!
The food was outstanding, and enjoying our feast in the Mendoza sunshine with beautiful local wines was unforgettable. We learned so much about Argentine culture and the passion behind asado.
Thank you, Mauri, for sharing your home, knowledge, and hospitality. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and memories we'll treasure forever. Highly recommended!
