I will never tell or recommend this this place it’s was horrible and people where in the front where disgusting and disrespectful my wife cried before we were able to go in this place has no reason to be open with the people that work here
I paid a lot of money for it we felt like they stole our time and experience and money they rush us as soon as we came in n was very
rude
I was force to get out earlier they staff was rude and in a wish to leave while there was people still in the facility the people that work work there said the close in10 minutes and it was 3:00 close when they close at 4:30 I payed for everything and the thing we did was only swim with the dolphins me and my wife did not do none of the things we paid for no food no drink no water activities expect the dolphins this was a gift for my honeymoon which this place destroy I want a refund for the things I didn’t do I was treat unfairly I even called the customer service which they hang up the phone on me I want refund for what we didn’t do our number to reservation is 6CZ-250709-1231244
