Overall good - pros and cons!

点评：If you’re in Cozumel and want to interact with dolphins then this is the place for you. Animals seem well cared for and well fed. Guides / trainers are knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. Actual time with the dolphins was really great, calm, small group, felt safe and fun - no complaints there, bucket list experience for our teenage girl.
However, the time before and after is slightly chaotic - hence only a ‘3’.
Lockers are an extra charge, but you don’t really need one. There are wooden crates to store belongings next to the bit of pool where you meet the dolphins - I’d do that if we went again. The changing facilities and showers are not ideal, suggest you arrive and leave in swimwear and bring minimal other stuff.
We didn’t bother with the included lunch - we just went back to the cruise ship, happy with our experience overall.
Photos are expensive and I feel they could increase the base price and include a photo in the price - it would make the whole experience easier. We did buy the photos - they are actually really really great.
