点评：My wife and I came into the store and we're dealing with Jay and a manager named SAM (at least that is what my certificate of value said).
We were on a cruise and stopped into the store where we purchased a $12,000 Crown of the Light ring,
I am very upset after having returned home to see the certificate/specifics on the ring.
At the time of purchase we were told the center diamond was 1.5 carats.
In reading the statement of value, of which there are 2 statements for some strange reason, one item description shows the Primary gemstone is ONLY .3 and the other statement says the Crown of Light stone is .5 carats.
Regardless of whichever statement of value is used it is NOT 1.5 carats as we were told for the PRIMARY gemstone.
The statement further says that the Jewelry mounting is .65 carats.
Whether you use .3 carats for the Primary stone or .5 carats for the Primary stone neither one adds up to 1.5 TOTAL carats.
I find it HIGHLY disturbing and UNETHICAL for them to be misleading a client, much less a repeat client who has bought 2 previous diamond rings from the store in the past.
I spent a lot of money for the ring and expected ONLY what I was told to me and sold me, which they did not.
I haven't even told my wife about the discrepancy or deception since she would be disappointed and upset.
Beware if you decide to buy something at this store.
