点评：I had a very disappointing experience with Diamonds International and would not recommend them.
The sales tactics were extremely aggressive from the start. After initially browsing, I was repeatedly hunted down in nearby stores and pressured to return and make a purchase. It felt uncomfortable and overwhelming rather than professional or customer-focused.
During the sale, I was explicitly told that I was purchasing a real, natural diamond. Based on that representation, I moved forward with the purchase. Once I returned home, I had the piece appraised for insurance purposes and learned that the diamond is lab-grown, not natural.
This was never clearly disclosed during the transaction, and I would not have agreed to the purchase had that been made clear. Whether intentional or not, the experience was misleading and fraudulent.
Between the extremely aggressive sales approach and the lack of transparency about what was actually being sold, this was not a trustworthy experience. I strongly encourage buyers to proceed with caution and independently verify all details before purchasing.
