Bantug Lake Ranch的点评
点评：This review is not for the entirety of Bantug Lake Ranch but only for their restaurant, 'Kusina Remedios.' It was 12 noon when we arrived and paid 200 each, which is consumable in their restaurant. With me were my senior citizen aunt and uncle, who have PWD status.
We ordered 1 KBL, 1 sizzling squid, 1 lumpia, and 1 chopsuey. When it comes to the taste, there's no question they have good cooks there. However, the problem arises when discussing the service. We waited for 1 hour and 40+ minutes to be served. The reason they gave us is that their printer broke down, so the kitchen only saw half of our order, not the entire order. But why did newly arrived customers already have their orders on their table while we only got served tap water?
While eating, I ordered additional rice, but then we waited again for about 10 minutes for that one extra rice to be served. How long will it take for them to serve just one rice? We figured out that maybe the waiter who took our orders forgot to pass our orders to the kitchen, but he never admitted to it.
Lastly, they never offered to give us a complimentary drink or dessert for what happened. Very disappointing, such a good place, but one of the worst services ever.
