点评：We found Anzar online and got in touch through WhatsApp, and from that first message the communication was outstanding — quick, clear replies and nothing was too much trouble.
We’re a family of seven with a lot of luggage, arriving on an early flight, and he had two cars waiting for us without any fuss. From there he took us on a full day around Sepilok: the Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the proboscis monkey sanctuary and the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, with lunch worked neatly into the schedule.
He also arranged a large van and a private boat for us on the Kinabatangan River, which was the highlight of the whole trip. We saw the Borneo Big Five, including a herd of pygmy elephants crossing the river right in front of us — something we’ll all remember for a long time.
