点评：I wanted to let the Mall Management know of the wonderful Security Guard (Wanda Kelley) who assisted me on Monday (October 3rd). I had lost a key FOB roughly 4 weeks ago while shopping and came back to see if it arrived in the Lost & Found. Ms. Kelley immediately took me to the L&F area where we looked but did not find the FOB. She mentioned that there was one more FOB in another office, asked me to write down my phone#, and said she would call if she found it. I let her know I was going to the childrens' play area for an hour or so to let my Grandson wear off some energy. Ms Kelley was evidently very busy, her phone ringing and having to move quickly to assist others.
Within 30 minutes, Ms Kelley arrived at the play area, tapping me on the shoulder holding the missing FOB. She had no idea how much she did for me this day, not by just finding and bringing the FOB, but also the kindness she showed which I know many others would not have done. This woman deserves recognition for being an outstanding guard and person. I greatly appreciate her and will return often with the grandkids just so I can see and talk with her. People like Wanda Kelley are my kinda people! :)
