To make matters worse, using Clubcard vouchers is unnecessarily difficult. You’re required to phone to book, yet the availability shown online does not match what is offered over the phone. I was eventually forced to book online to secure a specific time, leaving me stuck with Clubcard vouchers that can now only be used for Tenpin.
Overall, this was a complete shambles and very poor value for money.
