点评：Avoid paying this company upfront refused to allow us to race on the day, after turning up to a 9am slot and also point blank refused a refund. All guests have raced here before!! management was arrogant, we was discriminated against! do not take your children here, two young children very upset, new management and staff needed at this branch. Apparently Consumers do not have any rights with this company. Strict no refund policy is against the law.
Awful experience, point blank refused entry by staff even with advanced booking, they didn't inform me I had to provide passport evidence for all racers when booking and refused to issue a refund now out of pockets £135 also with the day booked off work for the event to treat the children, this has ruined what should have been a quality day a father spent with his children. This is theft your policy does not supersied law, not to mention two very upset children one with additional needs, this is not what I would expect from a national company, not even allowing the two eligible drivers was a disgrace to the company by the power tripping management.
