The Spa at Carden的点评
点评：Paid over £400 for an afternoon spa session with my daughter as a birthday treat for her. Facilities are lovely, we had a treatment each which was satisfactory.
However where the experience is a let down is the checking in process and the afternoon tea. When you arrive you have to line up similar to an airport checkin and it feels quite unluxurious and a rush because you don’t want it to run into your 4 hour spa experience. The price tag is not reflective of the overall experience at all.
The afternoon tea experience, although included it’s terribly poor quality. Small, dry scones with a TINY pot of clotted cream between the two of us and a few little finger sandwiches and fizz at an extra cost. Not very high end at all.
The staff were pleasant, and it was a lovely day due to the weather but overall not a luxury spa experience, as someone who frequents spas all over the world.
