Lovely BUT far too packed and not as relaxing as it should be

点评：Beautiful location, building and facilities, and the massage I had was one of the best I've had in a long time. All the staff were so lovely and courteous, and my lunch was excellent. I felt cold when I was dining so I was brough a rug and a hot water bottle which was a lovely touch. The downsides were that it was absolutely packed out, for a wet Tuesday in June, far too many people, so many people posing and taking endless selfies - and being asked to move out of the way whilst I was reading on a sunbed, for one couple whilst he took a photo of his girlfriend was met with short shrift from me! A few groups of people rather took over the facilities both inside and out, meaning little room for others to get a look in which was a shame - it's a spa not a place to shout, shriek and talk loudly whilst in the sauna and steam etc. The changing rooms are also very busy and hot, again as I was leaving the afternoon session was starting so quite a bun-fight for space and lockers. I was disappointed that is was not the relaxing time I had hoped for and would not visit again. The photo shows one of the very few moments of peace!
