We love it here ! Beautiful place but feel it's lacking cleanliness 🧼

点评：Every year we come to Thorp perrow and love the beautiful surroundings.
And the bird shows are always good.
But unfortunately this time we felt that the toilets all over the site were really poorly kept !!
The ones near the cafe were smelling not cleaned from the day before, toilet roll left out and dirty sinks.
One of the blocks was out of order which can't be helped but on a busy day this would be a waiting game.
The ones near the animal enclosures were disgusting!!
There were flies everywhere spiders, cobwebs and dirt on the floors and swallows going in and out which I know can't be helped at this time of year and I wouldn't want anything to happen to them but there was bird poo on the floor and I would suggest putting a door on the front for next year.
If I had a baby to change I would dread to think what I'd do !!
The entrance fees are relatively expensive and the toilets should be of a decent hygiene for the amount you charge.
Next time I really would think twice about coming.
I don't normally do this but feel the need to say something this time.
As it's letting you down.
