Against-a-member approach. Not as we remember the place.

点评：While appeared that facility is cleaner than some people described here, we are in a process of application for closing the account. Due to their policies, that are obviously at an against-a-member basis, rather than for-a-member. It's same with their exit policy, where you are requested a sort of 'special leave request form' to fill and submit, in the order to close the account. Also at leaving point - they charge you the "extra fess" to pay as well, at the moment from $150 or so, and 'one extra, full term fee' as well, to the end of the agreed period. While, if there is any unused credit - there is no refund, either. We don't see how is this member-centered, or community well being centered. Does anyone else ? It's at least for a doubt, for our vote, and based on our experience, as of end-of Nov, 2025. Sadly, we remember the place, from some years earlier, where everything was a lot easier to signup / edit the account options or leave. But these days: this is not so any longer and you feel rather as trapped, than a member, once you signup for any of the account options. We can not support, by being a members, while there is a policy that is obviously at 'against-a-member' basis. Also: we can not recognize the place, after some years now, that has become so different today, regardless, From that reason, for our vote, as of Nov 2025, it's better not to open an account, for now. Be it for any offered membership option, unless they can rework these policies, to be on a fair, and users rights respectable basis. (Consumer rights respectable basis). Also, some reviewers here are correct that is pretty overpriced, and you are hit with that as well, from a very signup point. We can confirm that this is also correct.
