点评:I was in the Ashland store yesterday 2-12-23, with my wife to purchase a predator call. The young man who was helping me didn't have all the answers and I decided on a call with decoy, thanked him and walked to the front to pay. the young man called me back because he asked a co-worker in the archery department if they had the add on decoy, my wife and I walked back. The older guy that the kid asked treated him so terrible and disrespectful my wife and I felt bad for the kid. Instead of getting myself in trouble, because I thought about disrespecting the older guy and making a scene to embarrass him like he did the kid, I decided to walk away but thanked the young kid who was embarrassed by his older co-worker's treatment. I first looked for Mike because I was going to ask him to walk back to archery with me and my wife and tell him what this older guy did to the kid working in his archery department, Mike wasn't there. I took the 400.00 worth of merchandise to cashier to pay and told her what happened in the archery department and asked that it went further than her apologizing, the older guy needs addressed. This treatment took place in front of customers, so I imagine the treatment and bulling that this guy does to this kid and other employee when there are no customers around, I really hope this guy loses his job! Nobody should be subject to the treatment this kid received just for asking a question to get better, it interrupted the older guy from doing nothing to having to walk out to the counter to help. The young kid had 3 other customers before me and my wife and the older guy never walked out of the back room where the bow presses are to help this kid, we waited patiently until he got to us, because he was doing the best he could. I didn't want to write a review, so I logged on web site and filled out form, no contact from the store so I decided there was no choice but to submit a review. I have been frequenting Fin in Ashland since it opened in the barn down the street in the 80's, If I am ever in there for Archery needs and this guy is the one working archery, I will not buy from him or the store, I can and will go elsewhere. I hope this young kid went home and told his mom and dad so they can tell him what to do, nobody would be treated like this guy did this kid! Fin needs to teach their young new employees that they should never have to be subject to disrespectful treatment like my wife I witnessed.
