No better way to see the wonders of the Galapagos

点评：My partner and I spent a week on Archipel 1 in late November, touring the Galápagos Islands.
Everything was extremely well organised, from the transfers to the trips ashore and the guided tours. The guides were very knowledgeable and professional (we had Alexis), the food excellent and the cocktails amazing (thank you Oscar!)
All the staff were very efficient, and our cabin was kept beautifully clean and tidy. We didn’t experience any rough weather during any of our sailings (most of these are overnight, after dinner) and didn’t suffer any sea sickness at all.
The islands themselves were amazing, and the tour is meticulously organised so no two groups are in the same place at the same time so it always felt very special. The snorkelling was incredible, with the most amazing close encounters - sea lions, giant turtles, marine iguanas, lots of huge colourful fish, crabs and starfish too. The warm fluffy towels, hot drinks and snacks that welcomed us back on board after every snorkel session were much appreciated - the water is COLD this time of year! The provided wetsuits were essential.
It was great to meet our fellow travellers, who were from all corners of the globe, and who all had lots of stories to tell.
If you are planning a trip to the Galapagos, I can’t think of a better way to do it than on the Archipel 1.
