点评:Unfortunately, I booked online to see Aquamore Man for Boxing Day, for a party of 4 in Gold Class and bought drinks for the movie. After the terrible storm, we went to Harbour Town we arrived and were told that we could get our money back or a credit. As the people we were going to see the movie with were leaving to fly back interstate they were unable to attend another day, so I requested a refund which I was told that same day wouldn't be a problem. I was told to call tecinema the next day, I did call and confirmed my details and then was told that I would refunded the total amount of $159. This amount still has not appeared in my bank account. I have followed up now 4 times each time providing a slightly different answer each time, stating that the refund was processed the day after, then the refund was processed and there has been a delay. I checked with my bank and they confirmed no money has been processed or is waiting to be transferred into my account. They suggested that I request this and provide proof of the refund transfer so that can launch an investigation. So I conveyed this and requested the information so that all I needed was proof of the refund to send to the bank, I was informed that they would escalate my query today if it didn't arrive in my account by next week, but no proof of the refund was provided. I have been thanked for my patience but my patience has run out as the request for proof of the refund was ignored and my questions were not answered. I used to frequent this cinema but bought and sold a house over the last few years and now have moved back into this area but alas I won't ever go back to this Cinema with the dismissive responses and lack of transparency in this entire process. Beware of paying before the movies have started. And I don't appreciate being treated like this is my fault, we all received damage, loss of power, and more but I dont appreciate being treated in the manner I have been and treated like me asking for a refund which I was told I would receive and for something I had no control over. I am not a criminal just now a very disappointed ex-patron.
