🤩 I travelled from England 🏴 to visit Therme and spent 2 full days here, from 9am until 10:30pm both days, because there was simply too much to experience in one day!

👏 A huge thank you to Horia, who welcomed me and advised me to book my massage straight away before everything filled up. Great advice!
🥰 Thank you to Gabriela for explaining all the different sauna events and to Bianca Sancu for booking my facial treatment. Gabriela also gave me a fantastic facial treatment.
🥰 Thank you to Simona and Iuliana for helping me book my massage and giving me brilliant tips on how to get the most out of Therme.
🥰 The massage by Joy was outstanding. I have a massage every month in England and I’ve never had anyone find the exact areas of tightness in my back so accurately.
🥰 A massive thank you to manager Bianca for being so welcoming, guiding me through the posture scanning machine, and explaining the results. I finally understood why I experience knee and ankle pain and now know what I need to work on when I get home.

😎 Andrei’s freestyle sauna performance was absolutely crazy! I had no idea someone could do all of that with just a towel.

💖 Every member of staff was fantastic, but Carmen really stood out. Her energy, positivity and talent during the sauna rituals were incredible. You can see why these performers compete—they’re unbelievably skilled.
🎇 The highlight of my entire visit was the 10pm Night Sky session with Izabela. It genuinely brought tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful atmosphere and a perfect way to finish the day.
💦 The water park was brilliant with loads of different slides and a great atmosphere for families.
🍔 The food was excellent too. I tried the salads, salmon, burger, chips and pasta, and everything was delicious.
🎉 Overall, I would 1000% recommend Therme.
💃 My advice is to book 2 days. I used the first day for massages, treatments and sauna experiences, then spent the second day enjoying the water park and the sauna events I hadn’t managed to fit in.
😻 Things to work on
🥳 Marketing. I genuinely had no idea Therme was this amazing. The sauna rituals are world-class, yet they aren’t shown enough on the website or main social media pages. If I’d seen videos of these performances, I would have visited years ago.
💪 As a personal trainer, yoga and Pilates instructor, I regularly film classes where everyone has given consent beforehand. Therme could schedule occasional sessions specifically for guests who are happy to appear in promotional videos, or simply use staff as participants. The sauna performances deserve to be showcased because they’re unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
👏 I also met several guests who didn’t know the sauna event schedule even existed and were disappointed they’d missed many experiences. A simple guide or explanation at reception would help people make the most of their visit.
😊 It could also be helpful to offer a daily guided tour so first-time visitors know where everything is and how to maximise their day.

😇 What truly makes Therme special is its people. The staff bring the whole place to life through the sauna rituals, music, aqua classes, kindness, advice and genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
