点评:Worst management(basically non-existent). Lost power before the movie started and couldn’t refund our money so we got passes to come back. The problem is you can’t select your seats ahead of time. Was told to call ahead to let someone know we were coming and they would hold them for us. Well a week later we called ahead and were told that they can’t hold the seats and we would have to drive in and show them the tickets for a movie that day. Well if we did that we can’t guarantee our seats so that’s a problem. Maybe that works for some people but we have kids and need a babysitter to plan a movie night and that simply doesn’t work. It isn’t our fault you lost power. When asked if I could get a refund I was told no. Asked to speak to management and basically there is none. Was given a number but got no response when I left a message. I won’t be returning to this movie theatre. I understand stuff happens but you need to make it right. I ordered my tickets weeks in advance to go see Deadpool and now I can’t plan a day to see it since these passes are useless for me. Why you can’t just refund and allow me to repurchase reserved seats is absurd.
