We wanted to buy a postal service and we bought 4 tickets for abu dabi seaworld - it was a phishing link!
We immediately contact the headout assistance center to ask to freeze the tickets and the refund, providing both the fraud link as proof and the report made to the Italian police. They tell us that they will evaluate the problem in 12-24 hours and then tell us that since the payment was made with a 3D system they are not required to cancel the transaction and refund us but to dispute the operation with the bank.
So headout preferred to allow the scammer to use the tickets rather than help the scammed people: this is called complicity! Other than the declared extraneousness to the facts.
Can a serious company respond with this disinterest? I say no and we will take legal action to prove their complicity, as they knowingly accepted stolen money! Don't do business with unscrupulous companies like this!
